The admission of candidates to doctorate studies in the domain ”Chemistry” in the academic year 2023-2024 is organized as follows:

      Documents required for doctoral enrollment:

- Application form – template in Annex 1;

- Registration form – template in Annex 2;

- Simple copy of a valid identity document (ID card/passport, etc.);

- Certified copies of documents – certification of compliance of a copy with the original can be performed by the Office for Doctoral Studies  (trebuie sa apara traducerea oficiala a biroului) (when signing the doctoral studies contract, original documents will be presented):

• birth certificate, copy;

• marriage certificate or other name change documents, copy;

• high school graduation diploma (baccalaureate) or equivalent, copy;

• higher education graduation diploma (Bachelor's degree) and transcript/diploma supplement, copies;

• Master’s degree or equivalent and transcript/diploma supplement, copies;

• other diplomas/certificates attesting graduate and/or post-graduate studies in the field, copies;

− graduates of Master's Programmes or long-term university studies, class of 2021, can submit a certificate attesting completion of studies;

- candidates who have completed their studies abroad are required to present certified translation of the diploma obtained and a certificate of recognition of these studies issued by the specialized department within the Ministry of Education;

- language proficiency certificate, copy, (minimum level B2 or equivalent, within the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR));

- Curriculum Vitae – European model (Part I - a: CV, Part II - a: description of scientific activity);

- the list of scientific works published in the chosen field of study;

- a written proposal of a research topic within the PhD supervisor’s research field, with the justification of its importance – 1-2 pages (template in Annex 3);

- a comprehensive bibliographic list regarding the proposed topic on the basis of which the admission interview can be held;

- certificate of employment, if the candidate is employed;

- an affidavit/certified written statement declaring that the applicant has not previously benefited from state-funded doctoral studies;

- an affidavit/certified written statement regarding the accuracy/correctness of submitted documents

Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
