Advanced and Scalable Multicomponent Thermosensitive Hydrogels for Diabetic Wound Healing

Stage I/2025: Advanced synthesis of multifunctional hydrogels; Design and fabrication of a device for the acquisition of bioactive MCHs on a scalable basis:

  • 2 variants of double networks were obtained in which the first component was agarose/carrageenan interpenetrated with supramolecular networks based on Fmoc_GLU and L-Tyr/L-Trp;
  • 2 variants  of natural polymer matrices (modified chitosan/modified hyaluronic acid)/synthesized polymers (acrylamide-based copolymers) were obtained;
  •  a laboratory procedure for the synthesis of NAGA monomer was developed;
  • preliminary attempts were made to synthesize two copolymers based on NAGA and itaconic anhydride, respectively NAGA and butyl acrylate.
