The derived objectives:
(O1) design and development of a platform of new termogelling MCH.
(O2) obtaining new nano/microparticles loaded with specific bioactive compounds;
(O3) Obtaining bioactive MCH
(O4) Characterization of the prepared hydrogels properties and implementation of quality control measures;
(O5) Evaluating the performance and efficacy of MCH in vitro and in vivo,
(O6). Investigate and develop strategies for scaling up the hydrogel preparation process from formulation of the technological concept (TR2) to validation of components under laboratory conditions (TR4) for the new termogelling MCH for the treatment of diabetic wounds.
