Project objectives are:
- preparation of new PV shielding materials based on polyimide (PIs) with optimal trade-off between heat resistance, transparency, RI and adhesion;
- development of new original fabrication routes of PI surface textures for proper light trapping in PV by combining regular and irregular texturing procedures leading to a less deterministic geometry which randomizes light propagation in the device;
- analysis of light management in regard to conversion efficiency by investigation of fundaments of the light-materials interaction;
- dissemination of obtained results.
