Engineered glycopeptide-based micro/nanomotors for anti-tumoral co-drug release

O1) Evaluation of the interdependence between the chemical compositions of the bioactive gel matrix, the magnetic-based nanoengine and the resulting multicomponent microrobotic system; O2) Systematic investigation of the effect of coupling different bioactive structures (drugs or peptide ligands) for enhanced therapeutic properties of the new micro/nanosystems through targeted drug delivery (resulting in a versatile drug delivery platform);
O3) Assessment of the biological response of the synthesized micro/nanomotors to enable improved integration within the body for therapy;
O4) Development/processing of micro/nanomotors towards specific application.
