The scope of the project is to monitor the evolution of the metabolomic pattern on long term in subjects with rare metabolic diseases, obese children and patients with cervical cancer.
The objectives are:
O1: to associate metabolomic patterns and/or individual metabolic markers with each of the three studied conditions.
O2: to evaluate the individual variation patterns for of each subject, and to compare this with diurnal and occasional metabolomic variations for matching controls.
O3: to evaluate the metabolomic variation/evolution during specific treatments / diets.
O4: to define new markers as individual metabolites or pattern fragments for diagnosis of the studied conditions and for treatment assessment.
O5: to attempt mechanistic explanations for the studied conditions and pathologies based on new metabolomics insights.
O6: to train the Moldavian partners in the new NMR metabolomics methodologies. |
