The project will focus on advancements some initiatives outlined within the HORIZON-CL4-2023-DIGITAL-EMERGING-01-51 project (acronym COMPAS), in which ICMPP is a partner responsible for the development of polymer-based sensitive coatings for detecting toxic gases and VOCs. Thus, we aim to contribute to the consolidation of the institutional capacity of ICMPP by enriching the research infrastructure and increasing the visibility of the institute at the international level, in accordance with the long and short term institutional strategy. Acquiring specialized equipment for analyzing films and coatings on various surfaces, offering training to young researchers on using this equipment, and facilitating international mobility for sharing knowledge, exchanging experiences, and training staff are essential activities that will lay the groundwork for reaching the desired goal. |
