The group has developed numerous types of polyurethane elastomers, composites, adhesives, coatings, and other products with specific application requirements. The development of polyurethanes by using raw materials from renewable sources such as natural oils, sugars, cellulose nanofibrils, etc. provides an excellent example of the replacement of petroleum derived products for sustainable development of polyurethane materials and the solution of the waste problem.
