The registration files for the PhD admission interview must contain the following documents:
- application form – standard application form ( Annex 1 );
- registration form - standard registration form ( Annex 2 );
- copy of valid identity document (B.I./C.I./passport, etc);
- copies of documents in accordance with the original - certification of compliance with the original can be certified by the doctoral office (at the signing of the PhD studies contract, the original documents will be brought):
• copy of the birth certificate;
• copy of the marriage certificate or other certifying the change of name document;
• copy of the baccalaureate degree diploma or equivalent;
• copy of the higher education diploma (bachelor's degree) accompanied by the transcript;
• copy of the advanced studies/master's degree accompanied by the transcript;
• copy of other certificates attesting university and/or postgraduate training in the fields;
− graduates of master's or long-term university studies, promotion of the current year, can submit to the file of graduation of master's certificate /long-term university studies;
− candidates who have completed their studies abroad have the obligation to present at registration the legalized translation of the diploma obtained and the recognition certificate of these studies issued by the specialized department within the Ministry of Education;
- copy of the language competence certificate (minimum level B2 or equivalent, according to the Council of Europe reference framework);
- Curriculum vitae- European model (Part I: CV, Part II: scientific activity description);
- List of scientific contributions in the chosen study field;
- Theme/topic proposal (in writing) according with the doctoral supervisor fields and the motivation of research – 1 - 2 pages, standard form ( Annex 3 );
- a comprehensive bibliographic list regarding to the proposed topic based on the admission colloquium can be held
- employee certificate (if the candidate is employed);
- declaration on his own responsibility that he has not previously benefited from a doctoral university studies budgeted place;
- declaration on his own responsibility regarding the accuracy/correctness of the file documents
Incomplete files are not accepted for registration.
