SCOSAAR

Romanian Academy organizes doctoral university studies in accordance with the provisions of the National Education Law and Law no. 752/2001 regarding the organization and operation of the Romanian Academy, with subsequent additions and amendments.

Romanian Academy is an organizing institution for doctoral university studies through the Doctoral School called "The School of Advanced Studies of the Romanian Academy" - SCOSAAR. Doctoral university studies are being organized based on the SCOSAAR Regulation, approved by the Romanian Academy Presidium.

The fundamental objective of organizing and conducting doctoral university studies in SCOSAAR it is the training of elite, highly qualified specialists for academic scientific research, for university education and for areas of administrative and managerial activity.
