In order to reach Iasi by plane can fly directly to Iasi International Airport (www.aeroport.ro), or via Bucharest-Otopeni Airport (400 km distance from Iasi). Iasi International Airport is situated at 8 km distance from downtown (Piata Unirii). Bus 50 connects the airport with the main railway station and downtown (Piata Unirii). Also, taxis are available in the airport.
