Descrierea proiectului :

Tematica proiectului isi propune dezvoltarea sistemelor fotopolimerizabile pentru utilizari in obtinerea de nanocompozide hibride continand fileri anorganici diferiti, si obtinerea de polimeri/copolimeri bloc - matrici organice pentru incorporarea de nanoparticule metalice preparate prin procese fotochimice.

Obiectivele proiectului:

Obiectivul general:

- Cresterea vizibilitatii internationale a grupului de prin publicarea rezultatelor stiintifice in reviste cu indice de impact ridicat

- Formarea de tineri specialisti in domeniul sintezei organice si a polimerilor, cu aplicatii in obtinerea de (nano)compozite hibride destinate unor aplicatii de top.

Obiective stiintifice:

•  proiectarea si sinteza de noi monomeri fotopolimerizabili multifunctionali

•  obtinerea de nanoparticule metalice, oxizi metalici, fileri functionalizati, etc

•  sinteza de copolimeri bloc prin metode moderne (ATRP, microunde, etc)

•  stabilirea corelatiilor intre structura si proprietati, perspective de aplicare

Publicatii

Rezumat/ Etapa 2012

- Pe durata etapei II, s-au sintetizat 16 nanocompozite hibride pe baza de 10 noi monomeri fotopolimerizabili, 4 nanocompozite hibride de tip sol-gel si 3 compozite hibride pe baza de copolimeri dibloc care contin nanoparticule de Ag sau Au (preparate in prealabil sau in situ, prin abordare fotochimica), si cuart, sau ZnO pe unul din capetele copolimerului bloc.
- Toate structurile si nanocompozitele obtinute au fost caracterizate prin metode specifice (RMN, FTIR, UV-vis, TEM, AFM, XPX, SEM/EDX, Zetasizer, raze X) pentru a confirma structura propusa inclusiv caracteristicile ale acestora, in care nanoparticulele incorporate sau fotogenerate in situ au forma diferita ( ex. Au) si dimensiuni medii intre 2 si 38 nm (Au, Ag).
- Rezultatele derivate au fost publicate in 5 lucrari stiintifice si in 13 lucrari comunicate la simpozioane nationale/internationale (lista anexata). De asemenea, o parte din rezultate au fost incluse in teza de doctorat „Noi polimeri acrilici si copolimeri bloc pentru foto(bio)aplicatii”, elaborata de dnd. A. L. Chibac, sub coordonarea Dr. E.C. Buruiana, care a fost sustinuta pe 31 octombrie - 2012 in Institutul de Chimie Macromoleculara „Petru Poni”, Iasi.

Rezumat/ Perioada: decembrie-2012 - iunie 2013

- S-a continuat cu studiul obtinerii de noi monomeri/macromeri cinamici care au fost utilizati ca si co-monomeri in compozitii dentare fotopolimerizabile, urmarind in principal fotoreactivitatea acestora sub actiunea radiatiei vizibile emisa de o lampa dentara, si proprietatile compozitelor formate (sorbtie de apa, solubilitate in apa, parametri mecanici)
- Utilizand un metacrilat hibrid (sintetizat in laborator) in combinatie cu monomeri cinamici, s-a investigat reactia de copolimerizare indusa de radiatia UV (365 nm) sau radiatia laser (775 nm) cu o durata a pulsului de 200 femtosecunde. S-au caracterizat structurile hibride 2D in prezenta sau absenta de nanoparticule de ZnO (50-100 nm) punandu-se in evidenta proprietatile fluorescente ale scafoldurilor hibride
- S-au obtinut nanoparticule si microfibre pe baza de noi copolimeri bloc (di si tri) continand blocuri de policinamat si poliadamantan/polimetacrilat utilizand procesul de electrofilare al solutiilor polimere.
